AMAZING Food.
Been to quite a few sushi joints here in the valley, and this one is hands down the best. Very fair pricing, great ambience, nice people, etc. This has been our go-to spot for a few years now and Top's all around consistency will keep us coming back.

I absolutely love everything about this place.
I went to the one on sunset with some family and friends from the minute we got there the staff was great The manager Trevor was pretty awesome. He came over to our table and made sure all was good. The staff was so friendly and efficient. The food was just as superb as the staff. Everything was so fresh. I have had good sushi but this is the best by far. On that note this will be my go to place for sushi. Thank you Trevor and your staff for making this a great place to come to. Thank you Sam for putting up with us. Lol!

I came here last week for dinner and was thoroughly impressed. Walking in this is a pretty big place with lots of seating including at the sushi bar. Inside is totally clean and hot seated right away. The best value for your money is the all you can eat. For $34.99 you can pretty much choose anything on the menu. I started off with some edamame and nigiri to start and both were super delicious. I had quite a few different rolls and can't remember them all but every one had great flavor. This place doesn't skimp and thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. I left completely full and would for sure come back.

Decor was nice. We received a few items we didn't order, double orders of some of the items, and didn't receive some of the stuff we ordered. Miso soup was hot and good. The sh*t was good, as well as the calamari and shrimp tempura. The rice portions in the nigiri were small, that was nice. The oysters were huge, and not that good. Not quite as high a quality as the last time we visited. Just okay. 2 yrs ago: Fantastic combination of great fresh sushi and lightning fast service. Superior ratio of nigiri sushi and rice. Some of the best tuna, salmon, yellowtail and red snapper available. We've tried a ton of AYCE sushi places, and this one is definitely at the top, if not the best, of all. The sweet hot sauce served with the tempura calamari was delicious. The teriyaki sauce served with the tempura shrimp was perfect. All the rolls were perfect, better than expected. Superior friendly service. Great ambiance and decor, great for large groups, date night and families. This will be one of my favorite sushi restaurants, I look forward to our return for the A menu. We had the lunch special. They do Lunch, B and A menu choices.

Terrible customer service place is ran by high schoolers the manger at the place stopped me before leaving since he thought I wasn't gonna pay for my meal I went with my wife and friend caused a whole seen when I left 80 dollars in cash on the table for a 60 dollar check really weird I didn't like any of the sushi I ordered and I got all I can eat I honestly would have wrote a bad review even if he didnt imparrse me in front of the whole store the food is terrible.

What a wonderful server and all around aloha, took good care of us, and the food here never disappoints, this is our 3rd time and love it here fish to rice ratio, the wonder service topped it off, mahalo/thanks
Went with a group of four who enjoy sushi.
The place was clean and service is very quick. We did go on a weekday and there was no wait. They have a large variety of food on the menu. My party did the AYCE MENU A, which included everything. Our favorites included a lot of things on the premium menu; uni, sweet shrimp, salmon belly, oysters. We ordered a bunch of other things too and it's definitely worth it for the price. The scallops, yuzu yellowtail and squid was also delicious. Left here with very full bellies.

Great selection. Service was decent. Our waitress could've smiled a bit more. I understand she may have been tired after a long shift. The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5-star review is because of the dessert. I ordered the Affogato. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. The entire dinner is being served on very nice dinnerware. The Affogato, which is a scoop of vanilla ice cream with coffee drizzled over it was served in a tiny paper Dixie cup with a tiny disposable plastic spoon. Did I forget to mention they covered the Affogato in Kellogg's Frosted Flakes? Horrible presentation! Bad idea on the Frosted Flakes and they completely missed the mark with the Dixie cup. I mean, am I having dinner at Dairy Queen? For what we paid for 2 people (over $100 not including tip) you think they would leaving us with that "I'll definitely be back for more" feeling. Sorry, won't be back. Do better. Get rid of the Dixie cups. It completely misrepresents your establishment.

Although the food is ok the customer service is horrendous. Beware if you pay the A price. They may be out of the items that they up charge for. The servers aren’t very mindful of which table the food goes to. We received multiple dishes we did not order and did not receive orders that we did put it. Unfortunately some of the items were a 1 time portion and caused issues with reordering. I will not be returning. There are too many good subí spots in the area. Sad, because this place was good when it first opened. The server with the gauges in his ears is just a bad seed in general. He should not be in customer service.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
