U-Tiki Beach Jupiter Reviews from The Last Year
Do not go / the service is horrible
Asked for a high top for drinks and appetizers. They gave us a table instead. We ordered appetizers and drinks. We were all talking and just hanging out. The waitress came back a couple of times and we said we were still picking and ordered more drinks - each time. We planned to order more appetizers instead of dinner and also order food to go. When she came back - she said “you don’t plan on ordering a meal?” We said maybe more appetizers.” She grabbed the menus and did not take our drink order and went to talk to her manager. The manager came to the table with the bill. we said that we planned to order food, but we are just lounging and talking. We were there for less than an hour at this point. She said this table is for meals and you have to order a meal. It was 4:30 pm. Again, we planned to Order more food, bit this was so strange and aggressive, . We decided to Leave instead. Also, the food we did eat was not great. There was a local band there and the waitress may have thought that we were just taking up a table. However, that is no excuse for the rude service. If she would have listened, she would have known that we planned to order more food. Our bill for the 45 minutes was approximately $100. We topped 25% (though we were annoyed). If we had the chance order more food - her top would have been much higher.
U-Tiki is my favorite Jupiter restaurant to dine adorned
U-Tiki is my favorite Jupiter restaurant to dine adorned with spectacular water views and the Jupiter Lighthouse. If you want delicious food, cocktails and a beautiful ambiance, U-Tiki does not disappoint.
The food was excellent and the service was great.
Not so great was the uniformed/armed police officers that were at the hostess stand - at 6:30 pm and throughout the evening. This is not a club, this is a semi upscale restaurant, with the clientele being families with kids and middle- aged couples. We were three couples having dinner (appx $500)- afterwards we went to the bar for after dinner drinks. It was very busy, by the time we were finished dinner with our 7:00 reservation, it was about 9:30. We sat at the bar, ordered a round of drinks. At 10pm, it was last call - they took our drinks from us and two police officers walked through and moved everyone out the front door. This is not the experience that we expect when going out for dinner on a Saturday night. We and our friends will not be back.
Perfect spot on the water.
Food was excellent. Staff are very friendly. Only drawback it's very popular and the wait times can be excessive!
Awesome place.
Great service. The food was awesome. They don't beat you up too bad on price either. 100% will visit again!

Came here for lunch and it was a bit of a wait but it was a GORGEOUS Sunday. First & foremost our server Tate was absolutely awesome. Our food- we had the Shaka shrimp (delicious), fish dip (delicious), blackened mahi (delicious), sushi-rainbow roll/dragon roll (dragon roll was delicious-rainbow roll was mediocre). I was absolutely shocked when I wanted to order the tuna crunch roll and was told that I could not remove the cream cheese. When I asked the server he said, they would not remove it- NOT EVEN for a food allergy. This kind of turned me off. I love their dinner menu so I'll be back but I don't think I'll be back for lunch again other than for the gorgeous view.
Service, food selection, and quality are institutional.
Nothing more or less than what one might expect. The openness and consequential marina and water views are nice but by no means unique. The less-than-satisfactory acoustics create a high noise level that should be weighed as part of any decision to dine at this establishment.
Service is friendly.
Server recommended drinks that were fan favorites. Food was tasty. There were five of us, each of us ordered something different to taste the variety. Fish. Pasta. Salads. Everything was delicious. Perfect outdoor space facing the water and the popular Jupiter lighthouse. Boise level was average. No complaints.
fun location; ambiance and inlet views.
drinks are cold and sand in your toes. tips always work for that second drink
Very nice beach restaurant with a good variety in the menu.
Especially good I. The off-season when it's not crazy busy.
Excellent Food and View at U Tiki
Loved Dining at U Tiki!! My husband and I had a 45 minute wait arriving at 5:30 on a Tuesday the end of March. Very busy but excellent service by Jenna! Loved my Mahi Mahi! Walked around the marina and had a drink from the bar while waiting.

Food was great, our server Jenna was very nice! It was a great indoor/outdoor restaurant, would definitely recommend!
Such a great vibe.
Drinks were great but the tuna tostada appetizer OMG i could eat like 10 orderes of those. It was soo tasty and fresh. We also ordered blackened chicken Caesar salad, chicken was so juicy and it was such a huge portion, you could totally share it with one other person. Their sweet potatoe fries were great as well. We sat at the bar and service was good.

Love the outdoor dining here! It's cleaner and nicer than somevof the other beachy restaurants on this strip of the inlet facing the Jupiter Lighthouse. The service was superb, even on a busy Friday evening. The view cannot be beat, and tge food wasxquite good. We tried to return for dinner again on a Saturday night but even at 4:30 it was full with a 45 min wait. Since we were on a road trip we decided not to wait. But will definitely be back on our next trip down I-95. It's worth the side jaunt east to the inlet.
Went on a Saturday afternoon.
The wait for a table was shorter than expected. The food was great - grouper sandwich, mahi mahi sandwich and shrimp po-boy and cocktails. We enjoyed watching all of the boat traffic and lighthouse view. Would definitely go back!

Stopped by during a trip up to Juno Beach from Fort Lauderdale for lunch, wait was about 25-35 minutes because it was busy, but it was worth it. Servers were attentive and kind, and the food was good. Portions were pretty large. A bit loud, but it was a fun lively atmosphere. We got the conch fritters, grouper sandwich, shrimp flatbread, and shrimp po boy

Food is fantastic service is excellent ambiance is spectacular so is the view Sitting on the inlet watching all the boats and lighthouse
I liked the waiter because he was nice and friendly.
The waiter was incredibly long. I don't understand why. It was VERY noisy and hard to hear the people sitting next to me. It seemed like everyone was shouting. The food wasn't very good. I have a food allergy and I asked if they would leave the sauce off the fish taco. The server said they wouldn't. I said then don't put anything on it except the fish. He said they don't alter any recipes. That's ridiculous! The only thing left on the menu that sounded decent was a burger. I will NOT eat here again!!!
The atmosphere and food were good.
It was incredibly crowded with a very long wait, so we ended up eating at the bar. It was very loud as well. Glad I tried it out though.
Great local joint! Food good, location great.
One complaint...our table was a walkway for servers and guests...very annoying.

Go to Amanda she's amazing!!! The best bartender we have ever had. Please go this business it's so accommodating and kind!
We wanted to find a great and fun seafood restaurant on our
We wanted to find a great and fun seafood restaurant on our trip to Florida. U-Tiki was highly recommended. It was out of our way, but after reading the reviews, we decided the drive would be worth it. U-Tiki is open-air - they must be able to close the restaurant's sides if the weather is bad. Fortunately, we had great weather. We sat outside where we had a few of the causeway, seeing the boats and yachts. We each had three very different things, but everyone enjoyed their meals. The Lobster Roll was different from what was expected - the Lobster salad was great. It was served on what appeared to be a hot dog bun and not a toasted New England bun. Of course, this is Florida and not Maine. The Crispy Chicken Salad was great (I was told). I had blackened Yellow-Tail Snapper, which was outstanding. It was truly a good meal. The service was generally good. Our server was attentive when we were ready to order and when it was time to pay. We saw a little of them during the meal. They may have been short-staffed, so I can't blame the server. It would have been nice if someone stopped by to check on us, but no matter. The food was good, and the view from our table was great. Overall, it was worth the long drive to get there. We had a lot of fun.
Completely AWESOME!! Amazing place to eat and unwind!
Got there at 5:00om on a Friday night and this place was packed! We had an hour wait but got a drink at the bar and then went out to the back walkway area with our dog to sit and people watch and look at the beautiful boats. Very pretty place! Dog friendly! We then got seated and had the most lovely and competent waitress! We ordered the Filet tips Oscar with the U-Tiki potatoes (a MUST have! They are cheesy shredded potatoes baked in a ramekin….SO GOOD!). Hands down one of the best restaurants in Jupiter and we would come back here again and again if we didn’t live out of town.
Wonderful
Very crowded upon entry into bar area, but did not wait long for a seat. Bar staff could not have been nicer! Properly staffed and service was perfect. Can't wait to go back.
Great Food & Atmosphere!
This is a favorite of ours in Jupiter. We arrived from a long car trip and were anxious to go to a place with good food and a tropical atmosphere. This fit the bill! There was a 45 minute wait on a Sunday night so we opted for the bar. The bartenders were all great, service efficient and our food awesome. We tried the ahi tuna sushi & the tempura grouper cheeks. Drinks and food are reasonably priced. We will be back!
A must stop for us when in town!
Went here with family who live in the area for our first dinner while in the area for Christmas. All staff was friendly. Service was fast and correct. Portions were all inline with the price. Everyone was very pleased with their meals. We enjoy the views and the ambiance! Will be back in the future!
Not your average “Tiki” bar!
Wanted to eat by the water and tried this great restaurant! Don’t let the name fool you, it is not a tiki bar but a full fledge restaurant with great food, drinks and views of the water! The salmon encrusted with pecan was delicious, the jambalaya was good but different, not too spicy, the shrimp flatbread was a big hit as an appetizer. Glad that we decided to go, will come back again!
Great area for drinks and eats
Situated in one of our favourite areas. This place never disappoints. We travelled from the UK and stayed locally with friends 2nd visit here and just as great as our 1st visit. Food superb with plenty to choose from, surroundings lovely and staff all friendly Comfy restaurant with a really nice atmosphere Highly recommend
Bad experience!!!
Horrible experience with Utiki. It was my daughters birthday and she had her boyfriend in from France who’s 24 and they wouldn’t accept his French ID. Spoke with manager and he said needed a passport. Went to the bar next door and they accepted his French ID. Will never go back!!! Food was adequate.
NO RESERVATIONS ALLOWED & THE SEATING PROCESS IS INSANE
Worst Restaurant Experience ever. My 1st time writing a negative review ever, so it took a lot to compel me to write this. The waitress and servers were "rough around the edges". I've had better "personalities" at truck-stops. Worst still, THE SEATING PROCESS IS INSANE. They won't seat you until your entire party arrives. They don't want to make money on Drinks and Appetizers apparently. Our plan (for an 84 yr old man's birthday party) was to arrive a few minutes ahead of our guests to get balloons and party favors situated at a table since they insanely don't take Reservations there. The Hostess told us "It is Open Seating". We sit at a table, get situated, and guests are arriving. The Manager comes over and asks us to leave the table which now is adorned with balloons. The Manager kept demanding to know how many were in our party, saying that "that number of people had to be there before we could have a table". We said "we're seated at the table we want, and want to order drinks and finger-foods right away", and we were refused. The more the Manager berated us over and over, the more we dug our heals in, and in the 10 minutes of nasty badgering our entire party had all arrived. We said "Everyone accounted for...", but Befuddled Manager still demanded we give up the table and go back to the Hostess... at 4pm, & the restaurant isn't even crowded. We said, "You're ruining this 84 yr old man's b-day who is a recent stroke survivor and causing us all unnecessary distress". We said, "YOU go back to the Hostess yourself and straighten it out, and send a server to us, because we are all here and ready to order." The Manager frowned and snarled but finally relented. The server took our drink order and everything else was normal, and the food was VERY AVERAGE. The view of the waterway was inferior to the other restaurants in the area, and it is also in full view of the multi-year road/bridge construction project so the view is very compromised. So, U-Tiki would be better served if it changed its policy of not requiring groups to have every party member arrive before being able to be seated and served! Hiring a New Manager is also warranted!!!
Delicious with a view of the Jupiter Lighthouse
U-Tiki has a great vibe and view of the Jupiter Lighthouse. There’s a large parking lot. They do not take reservations. We got a lovely table and Catharine G was our server. She was very friendly and attentive. We had the shrimp po boy, a burger, and two grouper burgers. For dessert we had the key lime pie. Everything was delicious! This is a favorite place of ours and we always enjoy ourselves.
Crunchy Tuna Tempura Roll
Great service, super Crunchy Tuna Tempura Roll with great atmosphere. Drink of the day was Blue Paradise and was perfect. Love this place over and over again.

Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it? |
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid? |
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted. |
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from? |
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Give the best answerNewbie sellers— how fast do your reservations sell?
I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

This app is a catfish and overrun by people programming “bots” and algorithms. It makes it frustrating for someone not well versed in this to have any movement. I thought this would be a fun side hustle, but unfortunately it’s become like any other “side hustle”. Don’t waste your time with this crap. Not a question, just a suggestion. Also don’t pay these fake “gurus” hundreds of dollars to teach you. Might as well sign up for a software class. 😕
