VELROSIER Kyoto Reviews from The Last Year
This was my first time in Japan to eat high end Chinese food. It was very different from the typical Chinese food I’m used to having so it was quite interesting. There was also a slight French influence. Overall, the food was very good. Plate after plate of unusual dishes arrived at the table. The monaca which had the restaurant’s name written on top was very delicious. The tapioca cracker dish had a very good texture and the fish was fresh. The deconstructed dumpling dish was full of flavour. The beef was very soft so was really easy to eat. The chocolate and banana dessert looked very heavy at a glance but was actually very light and went down easily. Personally, I found the dining room a little too dark. If it was brighter, I could have seen the dishes more clearly. It would have been better if the canapés and amuse-bouche at the start had involved a slightly greater variety of ingredients. There were too many things using sweetcorn.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.
