Besides my room being infested with ticks and other insects, the experience was great for my friend's wedding, but that is all that was good during my stay at this formerly great resort. I would have expected more from the front desk, engineering and housekeeping other than moving rooms at the last second before a wedding. We missed the part of the ceremony due to the huge inconvenience. My best friend spent over $150,000 there for his wedding and we got treated like an inconvenience to the staff. The room moves were horrible and not taken seriously. The engineer told me that I needed to take a tick to the front desk to have them look at it. I am NOT going to do that. The room that we were moved to was a lower grade than the one we booked. As a former employee of the establishment, I would have never expected such subpar low-grade service. At check out the person at the front desk handed me a bill with no inconvenience adjustment until I asked for it. I received $160 off the charge, which is equal to the room we ended up in downgrade charge. Rachel at the front desk was rude and dismissive to our concerns. My wife has a heart condition that if infected with any disease would kill her. I explained this to Rachel and was just dismissed as just another idiot to her. The service in resolving this was horrible. I will be contacting all review sites with this message as well as EOS investments. The staff that was actually nice and accommodating to us were not happy working there and looking to move to Wychmere, they were not shy about telling me about the horrible working conditions. Do better for your guests and treat your staff with respect. I WILL NEVER RETURN taking my business and extensive referrals suggesting Wychmere or CBI.
Wequassett Wedding
Wequassett was easily the best decision I made during wedding planning. I researched every venue on the Cape (and I mean every venue), and I found much to my surprise that Wequassett offered the best value. We first met with Amy, who was very transparent about costs and what is included in each package. I never felt like I was pressured to spend more money than I was comfortable with. We were assigned Megan as our coordinator six months out. She was extremely helpful in the lead-up to our wedding. She checked in constantly and was always available if we had any questions. We finally met in person at our personal tasting about three months prior to the wedding day, and we both felt completely secure with her. She really helped bring our vision of the day to life. Our wedding day itself was beyond fantastic -- words actually fail me. The only time I almost cried on the day was when Megan opened the doors for our private tour of the ballroom before the guests were let in. Megan absolutely nailed it. The food was incredible (guests keep saying that it's the best wedding food that they have ever had), the cake was amazing (Ashley knocked it out of the park), the food and bar service was incredible (Akira was our personal butler during cocktail hour and she was so attentive to our needs. Megan and Akira even bustled my dress for me, which my bridesmaids appreciated! Curtis also was incredible throughout the day), and, of course, the view was unbeatable. We also stayed at Wequassett the night of our wedding. They very kindly upgraded us to a cottage and provided a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. I would get married at Wequassett again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all of the staff at Wequassett for making our wedding day incredible. We had the day of our dreams, and we can't wait to go back to celebrate our anniversaries there.
Excellent service. The extra mile.
I would like to recognize Brad in the restaurant. His attention to customer service was unparalleled. I asked if there was fresh squeeze orange juice, and he said no, but asked me if I was going to be there the next day and he would get a juicer and have fresh squeezed orange juice for us…which he did and it was delicious! His impeccable customer service was the most memorable part of the trip.
A Wonderful Wedding Venue
My daughter's recent wedding was perfect thanks to the facility, staff, and food served at Wequassett. Researched heavily by my daughter, she chose Wequassett for her wedding based on its overall value and I have to agree. The professional yet friendly and pleasant staff that couldn't do enough for any of the guests made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. The food was outstanding and complimented by all our guests. Wequassett staff and facility make this a perfect wedding venue.
Beautiful Resort
This is a beautiful resort with unbelievable service. We were treated beyond our expectations. Our suite was exquisitely stunning with all the amenities you need for a pleasing stay. Our view was unbeatable, too!

From the start of the planning process to the events and meetings, everything went smooth. Excellent choice to hold a business meeting and dinner receptions.
Wequasset
Lovely stay once again at the Wequasset. The attention to detail is what makes it stand out. The chocolates upon arrival, then again at turn down service. The Prosecco delivered in an ice bucket for my birthday was so nice. Our pup appreciated the Yeti dog bed and bowl. Everyone we interacted with was kind. Love the addition of the coffee shop. Can’t wait to return.
Another Paw-Some weekend
Had the most 'paw-some' time at Wequassett this past weekend. I stayed for the 'Paw-some Retreat' Experience, and it did not disappoint! From Pupaccinos on the Patio, dog biscuit making and all the tail wags on the Terrace, there was always an activity to keep dogs and their humans entertained. I can certainly see this experience grow and look forward to the next one! Food was exceptional in Thoreau's and Jordan, bartender, is a master at his craft. He steered me in all the right directions for both food and beverages. You can certainly tell he enjoys what he does, and it shines through! If you have a dog, you must bring him/her to stay at the Resort. They will be treated like royalty. You and your dog will be greeted at your room door by a special door mat, and it's brilliant! Dog beds are placed in your room along with YETI bowls, a Wequassett bone shaped dog biscuit, bottled water and a roll of pick-up bags. There is even a Dog Menu if your furry friend prefers Filet Mignon! Wequassett does it right!
Fabulous spring escape to Wequassett Resort and Golf Club!
My husband and I had the best time at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club as our home base for a spring getaway to Cape Cod. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed everything about our stay from the moment of our arrival at your satellite registration area, to the last minute of our stay. Each member of the staff, from those checking us in, to the friendly and efficient staff who delivered the mini fridge promptly on request, the gentleman who delivered our amenity and kind welcome letter to the room shortly after our arrival. We were indeed very impressed by the everyone we met! The woman overseeing the delicious continental breakfast was delightful, so friendly and pleasant and we had a lovely conversation. I also have to say we did enjoy the jacuzzi in our courtyard and we used it both on Thursday and Friday afternoon despite the frigid temperatures outside, making our visit a memorable experience! The accommodations provided the most quiet and serene vibe, and the bed and bedding were so comfortable we both slept very soundly. I loved the layout and design of the room, bathroom and sitting area. Lastly, we really enjoyed long brisk walks around the property using the trail maps to guide ourselves past some scenic views. We hope to return again in the future.
Top Notch
It doesn't get any better than Wequassett. Was at the Resort for my nephew's wedding and everything was absolutely perfect - the setting, service, food! The staff is so accommodating and truly care for the guests. This is a very special place!
Recharge
I stayed in one of the Signature Kings on the second floor and it had vaulted ceilings which made the room feel spacious, the room was absolutely amazing. The jacuzzi tub, don't even get me started. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the continental breakfast was like no other continental I have ever seen. You can certainly tell all the staff care and love what they do. Highly recommend dining at Twenty - Eight Atlantic and Thoreau's. Can't wait to go back.

Our experience with Wequassett was exceptional! My husband and I were married at Wequassett hosting both our ceremony and reception on the property in October and it exceeded all expectations. Everything from the professional, experienced and attentive staff to the 5 star restaurant quality food and unmatched landscaping/views were incredible. Our event coordinator Kalson is the best the industry offers with his professionalism, detail oriented management style, communication skills and kind nature from start to finish. Kalson ensured the entire weekend was executed flawlessly and we are so grateful for his time. We recommend Wequassett to any couples looking to put their most special day in the hands of people you can whole heartedly trust. We could not speak more highly of Wequassett and thank them for everything they did to make our wedding perfect!

Service was incredible and the scenery unmatched. Rooms are classic New England luxury with beautiful surroundings, fine linens and luxury touches. We will definitely be back year after year. Horrible staff, horrible experience, and horrible people.
Booked a very expensive stay for August, but had to reschedule to November due to personal events. When rebooked, hotel still charged me for August, and did not even execute the rebooking for November. They literally gave me ZERO service and still charged in excess of $6,000.00 It's no coincidence that all of their recent reviews are poor. This is a horrific establishment. Any business that keeps your money despite providing no service at all is pathetic. They can keep my money - I will "enjoy my time with them" by venting and testifying to their terrible business practices on every review site that I can. The sprinkling of high-rated but pathetically short reviews should be a clear warning that they are most likely fake. Any positive reviews that can be taken seriously are from pre-2020-2021: quality and service have clearly plummeted since then. Be Warned - this establishment is garbage as proven by charging tremendous amounts for zero service.

Delicious entrees, don't order house chardonnay wine unless you think $28 per glass before 20% Gratuity and 7% tax ($34.56 total) is affordable. New ownership doesn't want a local market. It's less than 2 miles from my house, always a special place for celebration yet it certainly is no longer special.
This was the best weekend get away for my husbands birthday.
From the room upgrade, to the thoughtful amenity, the attention to detail and the service from every food outlet, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will from the concierge, Kate and Kay from the pool side, and Nemanja from 28 Atlantic we're all amazing and helped make our stay great. Highly recommend to anyone looking to feel pampered and have personalized service. Thank you again!

A big Thank-you to the chef for making a delicious, safe and gluten free meal for our family. Celiac safe! thank you!!!! The wait staff were very knowledgeable and gave us amazing service. That included our baby granddaughter with crayons and a lobster toy. It was a great dinner for all of us.My niece from Holland ,said she did not like fish, but after trying your tuna she is now a big fan of ceviche! She said it was the best meal she ever had. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I had a bunch of resys and they cancelled them all and now when I get an alert and try to book it says the reservation is no longer available... has this happened to anyone else? Any recommendations on what to do?

Anyone can help with payouts, support hasn’t been helpful at all. My funds cleared and I can only retrieve $50 usd a day with a $5 fee and a % per transaction. It would take so long and so much in fees. Thanks!

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
