Good welcoming, with the waiters absolutely lovely during the whole dinner: always paying attention to possible needs and checking if everything was ok. Good selection of meat from many countries. I've taken a cut from France, which the waiter recommended when I asked for a tender piece of meat: coming from Italy, and specifically from Piedmont region - where we love meat, especially coocked rare - and knowing very well how tender and tasty a Piedmont fillet or a Tuscany "Fiorentina" can be, I was quite disappointed. Actually the taste was good, but the meat was a bit gummy even thought the cooking was perfect. I took a bottle of wine: there is a good choice and a lot coming from other countries, including Italy. I couldn't comment about the price of the German wines, but there were many bottles I know very well which I buy regularly at home for about 8-12 euros: there, they were sold at about 50-60 euros (same wine, same producer, same year). I get we're at a restaurant, but paying 5-6 times the street price is honestly a bit too much. Summarizing: the place is nice, the waiters and the chefs are great; however the quality was a bit disappointing (givend that I only have one sample...) and the price for both the meat and the wine was far too high.
