Arpège Paris Reviews
A truly unforgettable experience
I had planned my entire Paris trip around visiting this restaurant and, despite making a mistake with my reservation date, the staff showed genuine kindness and flexibility by allowing me to come the next day and even reimbursing my deposit. That ges
Awful experience through and through
This was the worst food I’ve had in a restaurant in quite some time. Not a bad food for a three Michelin restaurant, bad food period. I’ve had better appetizers in airport lounges. I have no idea how this place is even in the conversation for bei
Meal of a lifetime!
A meal for a lifetime. The Langoustine Carpaccio was easily one of the best dishes I've ever had. The Dover Sole was also exquisite. Florian and Simon took great care of me. They even shared Chef Passard's book with dish recipes. Brittany butter and
Sublime!
I was in Paris for a very special birthday, and eating at L'Arpege was something I had wanted to experience for a long time. I was debating based on the mixed reviews online with so many places to choose from in Paris. I easily had one of the best me
A Culinary Masterpiece in Paris
s. The service was impeccable, and the intimate ambiance made for a perfect dining experience. Highly recommend for any food lover visiting Paris!
Amazing flavors, but not a bar raising experience
NOTE: the rating given is relative to other 3 Michelin star restaurants I have eaten at worldwide. Alain Passard is a genius when it comes to flavors. To me, this was the 3-star surprise of the evening: At times underwhelming looking dishes that, w
Birthday celebration
Food is transformed to a work of visual and gastronomic genius. Every dish had a sublime flavour The fresh vegetables and herbs from Alain Passards farms coupled with his talent and great support from his young team made this the best dining experi
A must for any foodie!
Absolute amazing. The food, the service, the ambience all fantastic. Chef came out I. The end of the being and spoke with each table - pleasant, personable, clearly passionate about his craft. Paris is full of good places to eat but this one
Unique experience
the ambiance left a bit to be desired for a 3 michelin star restaurant, but considering that the food was 11/10 it was an easy think to overlook, the service was exactly what you expect from a michelin star restaurant ( in other words, it was great).
High prices worth every single €…. Twice in a lifetime experience :-)
First return visit since 1999 - when the chef owner served 3-star Michelin meat & fish dishes. Now the same chef offers predominantly vegetable-based menu with a couple of extraordinary meat-fish dishes towards the end of the meal… think Scallo
Not worth for what it is
We went to L'Arpège on the 29th Nov for lunch, this is our first time to visit L'Arpège, so the staff suggested us to try the tasting menu, it will be primarily served with vegetables and filled with surprising dishes. We appreciated this is vega
Exceptional Experience
L'arpege is on of those restaurants that is both food and experience. I try to go every-time I am in Paris. Of course, I always reserve weeks ahead and usually go for lunch, after a trip to the Rodin Museum. The last time I was there was before Covid
Connect with users posting reservations for Arpège Paris

Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Arpège Paris at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Arpège Paris page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to EternalAnt36 for any questions Peter may have as EternalAnt36 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* EternalAnt36 now uses their connections at Arpège Paris to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If EternalAnt36 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, EternalAnt36 receives the $200 reward which is credited to EternalAnt36's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Arpège Paris!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
