PEANUT OIL in the french fries??? My boyfriend and I popped in here for a drink one night recently and we were instantly greeted by the extremely rude valet service. Since there is a store upstairs it seemed we asked where the restaurant was and he s
So sad that Bicyclette is closed.
We loved our visit so much in January that we went back again in February on closing day. Not only is ambiance the elite, the food is to die for. - Cocktails ~$15-20 - Duck Liver Mouse $12 - Escargot $6/ea then $8/ea - Gougere $9/ea - Short rib $46
Great food but too expensive.
The hype to eat at places like this is justified because of quality and inventiveness. However, spending over $200 per couple, is excessive for the recipes shared.
Had dinner here with family one final time last Friday.
Excellent as usual. We've eaten here several times and it has always been enjoyable. Dining room was packed that evening. I suspect many customers were aware that the restaurant is closing. We started with the Rodolphe Le Meunier (baguette a

French food at its best.
You must try the incredible baguette with French salted butter. Devil eggs are a must. Don't hesitate to go.
5 stars every time I've ever eaten here.
All I want is to eat here once more. Fully booked for tonight. I'm sooooo sad. Best restaurant in LA

Inspired Parisian fare by way of LA
As a SoCal native Walter Manzke’s cooking has always relied on the state’s best Ingredients, and after years of work with Joachim Splichal followed by Bastide, Church & State then Republique it might be argued that there is no more qualified
Very enjoyable dinner.
We love everything we have tried. Great salads, very smooth pate. Well prepared bouillabaisse, meats. Very extensive wine list. Good service. The only minus is, it's too dark inside.
10X Bistro
Excellent food, from the crusty baguette with butter, to the duck pate, softest halibut ever, duck leg confit just perfect and one of the best creme brulees ever, creamy inside with real vanilla bean flavor and crusty top...nice non alcoholic beverag
A nice surprise in west LA
A very nice place with very good food and wine, french inspired. Excellent service and no matter the space is not too big and it is always full with people, it is possible to handle a conversation within your group. Top qaulity/price relationship.
Irresponsible to take reservations when you cannot handle
Irresponsible to take reservations when you cannot handle the capacity. Drink order was not taken until 45 minutes after reservation and first appetizer - oysters - came to the table an hour after sitting down. Oysters were solid, as was Normandie bu
We visited Bicyclette for our Valentine's Day celebration.
Since we really enjoyed their sister restaurant Republique and also heard good things about Manzke, we came with high expectations. Unfortunately, the food was not very great for almost $300 per person. Their Soft Egg in the Shell was overly salty, a
They should change the name of this place to the Salt
They should change the name of this place to the Salt Palace! The food is way, way, way too salty and verges on being inedible. On the night we were there to celebrate an anniversary, Walter Manske, the Head Chef was working in the bistro kitchen.

Self proclaimed as a (elevated?) bistro, this restaurant has lots of French staples as you would expect. Like menu items such as the bouillabaisse, onion soup, and the beef bourguignon but using slightly different ingredients to elevate, which is ref

It's ok, egg caviar was the best, duck confit was extremely salty snd the ingredients made my tongue numb. Everything else were very good, nice service and ambiance.
Was in LA and my daughter wanted to go here for dinner.
Food and service was great but the corkage fee is out of control.

Ever since one of my favorite upscale restaurants closed I tried to find a replacement hoping this would be it, however, it was not.Aside from decor and service food was just ok. Either bland, too salty, or too fishy. The only thing that was good was

This a casual French bistro.
We went on a Friday night to celebrate our anniversary. The lights were dim creating a romantic vibe but it was almost too dark to read the menu. The restaurant was full which gave it good energy and happy buzz. I was a bit over dressed. The table

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Bicyclette Beverly Hills at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Bicyclette Beverly Hills page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* DistinguishedTree58, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* DistinguishedTree58 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to DistinguishedTree58 for any questions Peter may have as DistinguishedTree58 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* DistinguishedTree58 now uses their connections at Bicyclette Beverly Hills to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If DistinguishedTree58 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, DistinguishedTree58 receives the $200 reward which is credited to DistinguishedTree58's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Bicyclette Beverly Hills!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
