My wife and I have visited this restaurant for many years
My wife and I have visited this restaurant for many years tonight as always was excellent. We were seated by the window to gaze upon the beautiful resort. The team of servers were extremely efficient. They were very attentive of all of our wants and did not bat an eye when we did not order alcohol and treated us great through the whole process which some times could be a rarity when not drinking. My glass was never empty couldn't ask for better service. One of our servers also brought us a complimentary mock tail which we adored. The food as always was great we ordered a tomahawk for two creamed spinach and mac and cheese. The bread selection was very good. For desert we got there signature strawberry ice cream le fraise. The food was fabulous and the staff exceptional.
Be the first to ReplyWe dined with them this past week as a group of 22.
From everything I had read, our expectations were high. We arrived for a 7p reservation and were told we would have 4 servers for the table. It took 30-40 minutes to even get our first drinks and bread. We ordered 7 bottles of very nice wine ranging from just under $600 a bottle on down. The servers did not uncork the bottles and have our guests taste test first. They also did not decanter the wines before serving. On numerous occasions, we had to serve ourselves our own wine which sat on a table beside our dining area. We had also ordered numerous bottles of a white wine which were never delivered. The lobster bisque and oysters Rockefeller were wonderful. Many of us had filets but those that had the sea bass said it had a very fishy flavor which is not normal for sea bass. The server was told but did not do anything about it. Being a large group, there was an automatic gratuity put onto the check which was unearned, especially since the wine was a part of the tip and not deserved. Going there as a small group may be much better than a large group but I would never return to the restaurant again. After writing to the restaurant, they apologized and said they'd speak to their staff. The comment back did nothing for our poor experience.
Be the first to ReplyPresentation, taste, service and ambience were all amazing.
We started the meal with a thick and creamy lobster bisque. I love that you watch them pour the soup into the bowl for a delicious display--the flower was also edible! I got the famous friend chicken as the main course and everyone who ordered the filet wish they had mine! It was cooked with so much flavor and the mashed potatoes are the best I've ever had. I wasn't even hungry by the time dessert arrived, but the crème brûlée was to die for! Not to mention the bacon Mac and cheese, asparagus, and endless amounts of bread we also had, the presentation and flavor in each dish was immaculate. I will be coming back!
Be the first to ReplyOne of my favorite places to dine in Orlando.
High end steakhouse with delectable steak and one of the best fried chicken I have ever had. Service was stellar and the tomahawk with the garlic is incredible. While the steak is amazing, you can't come here and miss their fried chicken. The ambiance is ornate and elegant. Great for celebrations.

The moment we walked in to the end of getting in our car and being surprised with pastries from the restaurant as a thank you for joining us, this experience was beyond amazing. Our server Tyler and his captain Jeff set it out of the park. They delighted us with an amuse bouche of Seabass ceviche. It was citrusy and delicious. Raul came over to discuss the different types of bread for the bread service and did a splendid job of explain the breads and butter. Then we did the table side Caesar salad where Aaron prepared it tabled side. It was an amazing presentation he told us about each ingredient and prepared the salad table side for us. Such a unique experience. Josh delivered our steaks I got the Filet mignon medium which was cooked to perfection. Josh then went over our sauce flight we ordered for the steaks, my favorite was the peppercorn sauce. It paired so well with the steak. We closed the evening with Yuzu Cheesecake it was an amazing Japanese lemon flavored cheesecake with matcha and strawberries. It was delicious and the dry ice presentation was spectacular. We really enjoyed everything and cannot wait to come back with friends and family. They really made our Valentine's Day spectacular. A huge shoutout to the chefs in the kitchen and everyone who made this night spectacular. The ambiance was a night to remember.

Closed early, stopped serving food at 9:09 at the bar because of low occupancy. They were supposed to be open till 10. I expect more from a high class steakhouse.
Be the first to ReplyThis was not my first visit to the Bull & Bear restaurant
This was not my first visit to the Bull & Bear restaurant and hopefully it won't be my last. This restaurant is located inside of Walt Disney World onsite at the Waldorf Astoria so you can expect nothing but the best. This establishment is luxurious from the moment you arrive until the time you depart. Before you can arrive to the restaurant or luxury hotel you arrive through the gates of Walt Disney World. Our reservations were for 9 pm and we arrived to a fireworks display occurring at the main park, but we could still enjoy them as we arrived for dinner. The grounds are immaculately kept and we enjoyed the scenery as we arrived to the hotel. Tasteful and grande decor is what you will experience as you take the walk to the restaurant. We were seated near the window which overlooks the Olympic swimming pool and miniature golf area. After being seated, we were greeted by one of the three servers who waited on us for our dining event. We were here to celebrate my birthday. Each one of the young men were extremely courteous, knowledgeable on food preparation, including why the one bread was served warm and the other was served at room temperature. Quite impressive! Make sure you try both of the bread offerings. This isn't the place to start worrying about calories. This amuse-bouche of the evening was sea bass ceviche served on a serving spoon garnished with a sliver of red onion and chive. I am usually not a big fan of ceviche, but I am so glad I didn't let that from stop me from enjoying my small treat from the chef. Phenomenal and fresh! Our drink selection of the evening was the the old fashion chai (that might not be the exact name, but it was a cold drink that was the perfect mixture of rum and bourbon). For starters, we ordered the wedge salad and the award wining lobster bisque. The bisque arrives with only a medallion of lobster in the bottom and the server pours the bisque over the medallion; not only was the flavor extraordinary, the presentation of this bisque sets it apart from others at similar establishments. For our entrees, we both ordered steaks. I ordered the ribeye which I had butterflied and cooked medium. My dining companion ordered the NY Sirloin cooked medium rare. These steaks are a quality cut and seasoned with only salt and pepper, and they are seared at high temperature and rested to sear in the juices. They are able to maintain the warm temperature by serving on a hot plate. Both steaks were garnished with a half of roasted garlic bulb. We shared sautéed garlic spinach. All dishes were expertly prepared and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to splurge. This restaurant does come at a premium cost, but it was worthy every dollar spent. I was too full to order a dessert, but they still sent us home with a complimentary chocolate bar for dessert. This was not a traditional chocolate bar, but more like a chocolate mousse served in the shape of a bar. Note: while I didn't have this dish on this visit, the dover sole is outstanding and the best I have had at any restaurant. The serve a fish so fresh you can eat the fried bones. I know it sounds a tad weird, but still one of my favorite dishes.

Service: it was my third time at this restaurant and the other 2 times I would've rated the service 5 star. I would've given the service 3 star this time as it was very difficult to get a hold of my waiter at times. The other times had the bar so high perhaps that I was difficult to achieve it again? Ambiance: typical steakhouse ambiance in the restaurant. Should dress nice for the occasion. My favorite part of this restaurant is the bar as they are huge into bourbon and I happen to also be huge into bourbon. Food: If you aren't going for a huge fat steak than what are you doing!?!?!? The steak was phenomenal and totally recommend it! For sides I loved the mushrooms and mashed potatoes. Crème brulee was delicious as well!

It was my first time at this restaurant which my daughter absolutely loves and it was an amazing experience. The food was beyond delicious and the service was the best I've ever had. We live in Miami and I will 100% come back.

3.5/5 won't go back again. The food is okay. The service is good. And if you don't have reservation, you can walk in to the lounge area on the opening time. There are six 4-people seats there. 5/5 lobster bisque 2/5 escargots and gnocchi unless you really like gnocchi! 3/5 foie gras - too salty 5/5 egg 4/5 lamb
Be the first to ReplyComplete joke.
Dover Sole was breaded? I've never seen that before. Likely not the freshest and frying it hides that. $128 for a dry-aged ribeye? Good steak for 1/2 the price. We ate about half of our food. Never a good sign for a restaurant that's supposed to be great. In the end it's a hotel restaurant that caters to tourists with more money than taste (IMHO).

This place did not disappoint! We heard so many good things and were finally lucky enough to get a reservation. Drinks were delicious and meals were absolutely amazing. It really is an experience, not just a dinner. We were seated facing the window which was nice to watch the sky change throughout our meal. Everything is cooked with care and has so much flavor. We loved everything but our favorites were the corn soup, fried chicken and lemon dessert. We will absolutely be back the next time we visit FL.

We enjoyed the value for the price. Delivery was on target of suggested arrival.

I loved the service at this restaurant, i was dining on my own and was able to secure a seat at the bar, I absolutely enjoyed there huge selection of scotch and whiskey offerings, i ordered the deviled eggs for a starter, a basket of bread came with the eggs, i ordered oban and a diet coke i never had to ask for more diet coke because the bartender was very efficient, for my meal I ordered the 12 oz wagyu with the creamed spinach, the creamed spinach was the best creamed spinach i have ever had it was creamy and garlicky and i loved it, the wagyu was cooked perfectly, do I think the steak was worth $150 probably not, my $65 dollar ribeye steak at flemings was much better, but that creamed spinach, massive scotch list and amazing service will definitely have me back.
Be the first to ReplyFirst class impeccable service in the beautiful Waldorf
First class impeccable service in the beautiful Waldorf Astoria. I was so impressed and surprised by my boyfriend for an early Valentine's Day dinner. We enjoyed lobster bisque first and it was so rich and decadent. The Foie Gras was good, although I could've used a little more sweetness. We shared the Chateaubriand which had a great sear and cooked to perfection. Overall a great experience ending with the crème brûlée. It was all so good I cant wait to return.
Be the first to ReplyWe ate in the bar and had great service and drinks.
Thinking back the only drawback was it was too dark in the bar area.Food was excellent. Pricey, but this is eating out in 2022/2023. However, Bull and Bear did not disappoint for a special occasion and a real steakhouse experience.

We attended for a "girls night" to recognize several achievements. Kelly and team did an astounding job of making sure our dinner was personal and at the same time phenomenal. The staff listened to our preferences and recommended meals and wines that were perfectly curated to our taste and desired level of celebration. The portions were generous and the team even provided advice on how to best reheat the leftovers. I would 1000 out of 10 recommend for a celebration or girls night.
Be the first to ReplyI do enjoy this any time.
Without the need of celebrating anything special. I do really love the atmosphere , craft cocktails , service and not even to mention the food that is absolutely phenomenal.
Be the first to ReplyPerfect place for a date night or anniversary.
Calm, peaceful atmosphere and stellar service. The chicken is to die for! Very filing meal, next time I'll need to make more room for desert. 5/5 will be back!

This is one of the very few 5-star ratings I have ever given. Everything...from the staff, to the vibe, the drinks, the hospitality, and the meals...was absolutely amazing! Celebrated my anniversary here and we were well-taken care of. The wagyu was PERFECTLY cooked medium (with a mixture of the peppercorn and truffle red wine sauces that was wonderful). The fried chicken...oh my goodness. I had my hesitations being a soul food lover, but it was the juiciest chicken with the perfectly crisped outter fry. The lump crab, delicious. Mashed potatoes, light and airy. Even the wilted spinach was so yummy with a garlicky flavoring. They surprised us with dessert in light of our celebration and it was such a thoughtful and romantic touch. I can't compliment this place enough. Special shoutout to Gustavo for being so wonderful. If you haven't given this place a try, this is your sign!
Be the first to ReplyIt's too dark in here! I love a dark vibe in a restaurant
It's too dark in here! I love a dark vibe in a restaurant but you might as well have your eyes closed, it's so dark. The food is fancy, and some of it is prepared table side. My husband had the fried chicken (takes 3 days to prepare) and he did say it was tasty and very juicy. However, it needed a green thing on the plate, a sprinkle of fresh chives? A spear or two of broccolini or asparagus? For nearly $50, I think it looked like an upscale hungry man microwave dish! At least hungry man gives you some cinnamon apples and corn. The B&B version is all brown in color, just meat, mash & gravy. I tried the lobster bisque. The sliver of lobster they give you at the bottom of the soup bowl is laughable, and also the size of your thumb nail. There is too much sherry in this soup also. There's no salt or pepper on the tables, which is okay if the dishes are seasoned properly but that is not the case here. We sat in the bar area (late night on 7/1/22) and had to deal with a raunchy large dinner party full of older men in suits and ball caps, all swearing profanities and slapping each other on the back. As a woman, even with my husband nearby, the environment felt uneasy/predatory. I loved one of our waitresses, she was so sweet. The other young gal (in the bar area) who served us a bit was less patient, didn't smile, and seemed hardened. Honestly, I don't blame her, in this kind of work atmosphere.
Be the first to ReplyGustavo was a fabulous server.
The ambiance really makes the whole experience. Food was innovative and delicious. A truly memorable experience. Definitely a wonderful date night!
Be the first to ReplyGreat restaurant and excellent service.
It was a business dinner, although we have also been here for dinner on two other occasions. Had a party of 7 and most had the Delmonico steaks or the filet minot.
