Disappointed with Easter brunch
Magnificent establishment, we were recommended the brunch at 110 euros per person (WINE AND COFFEE included) Numerous unpretentious entrances Decent seafood and decent main course as well as desserts. We go there more to eat than to taste. The service does not live up to the photos on the site. The fact that the waiter systematically removes your cutlery every time you go to serve yourself a dish and calls the same waiter to finally get cutlery is ridiculous and irritating. This mix of self-service and luxury do not go together. We only noticed the products offered (no more lobster foie gras) Are much simpler than before. I will return to the grand hotel either for a snack or classic catering no self service

We were wonderfully welcomed in this very warm restaurant with an idyllic setting as well as very involved staff, I have nothing other to say than a very big THANK YOU for this moment shared with my husband, we will come back as soon as possible. the opportunity will present itself to delight our taste buds, see you soon!!
A delicious New Year’s Eve
Sorry for the delay in this post. But it will only be better We enjoyed the transition to 2024 An ultra motivated team in the room and in the brigade Quality dishes perfectly executed A special mention for the turbot roasted in butter and the Wonder of egg with a runny heart... and the fondant of Bresse poultry I'm still salivating!
Disappointed with the plate not with the setting or the staff
Good restaurant but not exceptional for the place I expected more flavor in the dishes offered What makes it extraordinary is not in the plate but in the location and the very pleasant and friendly service. For good eaters, don't hesitate to take the discovery menu because the other menu risks leaving you with too little taste. Kind attentions during the meal
Birthday dinner
A beautiful, classic, chic and spacious place. A card with 2 menus. We took the DISCOVERY menu, eight courses. A real research in the aesthetics of the plates, research in the mixture of flavors. Least: veal and eel The plus: exotic fruits and peppers The surprise: mushrooms and chocolate. The service: bravo for Anthony's professionalism, elegance and kindness. To deplore: the ordinary side of the toilets for this type of place. Shampoo as hand soap!!!! No hand towels, just a not very recent hand dryer.
Beautiful table
Great services. Everything was perfect, the setting, the service, the presentation of the plates and the taste. Only small regret, not many choices for a menu at 95th, I think that 3 to 4 choices per starter, main course, dessert would be more appropriate in view of the price.
Quite disappointing
Impeccable setting and service. Excellent wines. Unfortunately, the 95€ menu (all the same!) absolutely does not deserve such an expense. Lots of work on the huge plates (in diameter) but the portions are ridiculously small. Overall bland. Don't take the crab, it looks like you're being served a can of crab crumbs turned upside down on the plate. Few noble products. Very poor value for money.
Lunch at the Grand Hôtel de Cabourg
The restaurant clearly does not live up to our expectations, and even less so the legendary place which hosts it. The wine was served to us after the starter service. The chef's talent unfortunately does not make us forget the dishes served cold, in small quantities and on chipped crockery. Yes, you read correctly the plates of the dishes and desserts were chipped, unacceptable!
