This morning I placed an order through the Mc Donald's app
This morning I placed an order through the Mc Donald's app as I usually do. This is my local Mc Donald's from my workplace. I come to this location all the time. If you are familiar with the app, it gives you different pick up methods such as going through the drive thru, curbside pick up, or over the counter inside. So I chose drive thru option and the usual happens, even though you order ahead, the order is NEVER ready, and it's rare at times when they do hand it to you right away. But if it's not ready they make you parked on whatever curbside parking spot is open and available, then they will come out and hand you your food. So, since the order is already paid for, you head to the first window to get your receipt, and drive to the next window to get your food. In my case, I got my receipt and head over to the next window, but I had a car infront of me and I already see the lady in the drive-thru window sticking out my drink before the driver infront of me pulls out. I can see clearly the driver infront of me is checking her order before driving off. So I can tell right away the lady in the drive-thru window is in a rush. But as the driver drives off, I hear the lady in the drive-thru say in spanish to one of her co-workers that she can't stand when people hold up the line just to check their order. OK HERE WE GO! 1) I believe is your job to double checked the order and all items are included inside the bag before handling it to the customer. (To avoid complains or issues with the order). 2) Is common sense lady, as a customer you want to make sure your order is correct and have no missing items. Therefore you can avoid conflicts like mine for example. 3) You don't know if the person lives far, is coming out from work, going to work, or have little ones in their car and cannot get off the car for whatever reason. 4) We have every right to double checked our orders, unless there's is a law stating we can't. I am Mexican decent so I understood what she said about the previous driver in spanish. When she hand me my drink which she had it ready sticking out the window, she tells me to parked on spot number 4, but she turns her back on me and walks away and I yelled at her the following "can you add grape jelly on my order please". From far away with her back still facing my way she says "yes". Sure enough I parked on number 4. and 5 minutes later a lady comes out and hands my order. I checked my ordered and was missing the jelly that of course I requested. I was able to do either or drive around and confront her or get off the car and confront her either way. I was in a rush on my way to work so I did a quick pit stop to get breakfast on a Friday morning, luckily I had extra jelly in a Zip lock bag at work. So I drove off, but it bother me so so so bad. Mainly her remarks. It just pisses me off how she complains about other customers holding up the line for minute or two just to checked their order, but then again lady you're the one the FU$^% it all up!!!!!! Not going to lie every other worker here are super nice and they greet you all nicely. But this lady is so rude, my guess is she could be the manager or so since she wears a darker brown uniform different than the others. So I didn't bother to call this place in case she is the manager it will completely be a waste of my time and saliva to deal with her. I will bring it up to the headquarters, because she is totally rude and her remarks are unnecessary. There's no need for all that when you're the one that can't take the time to be please customers and have more patience. If you are not happy with your job lady, or couldn't get the day off approved due to the long day MEMORIAL weekend, GUESS WHAT???? THAT's NOT OUR FAULT OR PROBLEM and how about getting yourself a different job, were your RUDE attitude can be valuable by people like you. Now that your pay rate has gone up, you should be thankful and bless for that. Us customers still continue to keep your business location on the RUN EVERYDAY!!!! Be humble lady, whatever is bothering your unhappy life can be resolve. Don't take it off on us on the life choices you made! GOSHHHHH!!!!! I just wish I knew this ladies name!!!!!!! SO RUDEEEEEE ASF!!!!!

However once I got to the window Gerardo was very hospitable. He was very kind and made sure he let me know about the deals and encouraged me to download the app

This location is terrible, food is always cold, service is always slow and crappy, and the whole vibe of the place sucks. Be ready to wait 15-20 minutes no matter what time of the day it is whether youre in the drive through or ordering in person. Im a local and its really only been the current staff this last year or so that has made this location so TERRIBLE.

Tonight after a night out I was craving McDonald's so I made a pit stop on my way home. I unfortunately will never be stopping here again. These employees were extremely rude and I felt very disrespected. From the moment I started taking my order they talked to me with attitude and sass. They got my order wrong and when I asked for it corrected they made it seem like the biggest inconvenience. This was a grown man behaving like a child. When I pulled up to the next window, I simply felt bullied by the employee making the food. We asked to make sure our order had been corrected and she rolled her eyes and told us to stop complaining. This is absolutely ridiculous and you need to restaff. I've never had a good experience here. They literally make $20 a hour they can not be acting this way. Ridiculous never coming back. Lost 5 loyal costumers today.

Best mc Donald's I've been to shout out to the employees.. service is whatever line is fast but main point is I never had an issue with my order - never had a hair or anything random in my food so I highly appreciate that! You look at any other Mc ds around and 100% guaranteed someone post a pic of undercooked meat or hair (lol) I know because I've researched it. I'm glad food worker wages are going up people deserve to get paid way more to deal with hangry people that way our food isn't messed with so Mc d corp if you reading this you better give these employees a raise beyond the normal wage!!!

When we waited and got no response we simply thought the speaker was glitching. As we came up to the window we got a disrespectful dude telling us we were too far from the speaker and scoffed when we asked to order from window. I'm sorry you don't enjoy your job dude, try not to blame the people who are trying to just eat for your life choices.

Placed an order on my mobile app, which I normally do in order to avoid any wait. I did the same before my arrival. I arrived at the store and realized the store is closing. The guy who responsible to lock the door said it's closed. So I asked him what should I do since I've already placed my order on my app, he just yelled at me and told me to go pick it up at the drive thru. I was not happy about the way how he responded but kept my peace. I went back to my car and move to the drive thru area and realized that it was such a long line. The line has been moving very slow. I was on line since 9:11pm and it's 9:22, and my line isn't moving at all. I was wondering 1) if my food ready 2) if it's ready, it would be cold. If the store decides to leave just drive thru open, then it shouldn't have allowed mobile app order

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
