Ramen Hashi Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Finally checked this off the list after a long time and it
Finally checked this off the list after a long time and it was good. Sat right down, wrote my order on the little paper sheet on the table, which is nice because it allows for a quick marking of what you want, added items, extra this or that, and you just hand it over. Ramen came out very fast. Got the added black garlic oil and there was no mistaking it...the fragrance and oily flavor of it was immediately present. Got extra chashu as well and ended up with a total of 6 nice thick slices, which had a good texture and flavor. Overall, the ramen was very good, the broth was very good and the pricing for 2 bowls of shio, 1 bowl with extra noodle and pork and a bottle of tea was under $40 with tax. Very reasonable and good. Best ramen ever? Nah, but very good and definitely worth the selection if you are in the mood and are in the area.
I'm a vegas native and believe me when I say this is easily
I'm a vegas native and believe me when I say this is easily the best ramen in town! You can be in and out in 30 min, and they NEVER miss on the quality. It's nice to have an actual ramen bar in town, and the place is always clean. I've been going there for the last 6 years and they're all the same staff from when I started. Never a disappointment
Always a great experience and a great price.
If you are looking for good affordable ramen this is the spot for you.
Great food, great service, overall good experience.
Something to definitely write home about. Sat on the bar and the ambiance was amazing.
Comfort food.
Special treat. Casual and reasonably priced date for internet meet-ups, your group who wants the bill split 50 ways, solo diners, and seasoned sweethearts. Best ramen in Las Vegas!! love Ramen Hashi. These people work hard to prepare each component with meticulous precision. The kitchen is spotless, another ode to how hard this team labors. It's beautiful to catch glimpses of the noodle dough machine and broth processes. Hand pulled, knife cut - yeah fine. Smoke and mirrors! No show needed here. Just perfect soup in a giant bowl that, no matter how many times you've had it, is a WOW. LV Locals giving us international magic. Bar seat over table.
Ramen Hashi This place absolutely deserves all the stars!
Ramen Hashi This place absolutely deserves all the stars! I went in craving a good ramen fix and Ramen Hashi did not disappoint. I ordered the Tantan Men Chicken with white broth, and the sesame flavor was incredible - rich, and perfectly balanced. The broth itself was light and flavorful. The service was another highlight. The staff was friendly, attentive, and got my order out quickly. Overall, a fantastic ramen experience! I'll definitely be back to try their other broths and dishes.
Came here a few weeks ago.
I've been coming to Hashi ramen for a while now and I absolutely love the food. It's always super delicious and I would recommend the TanTanMen ramen for anyone who loves a spicy dish. The only reason I'm giving it a 3/5 is due to the waiting staff experience the last time I came. It was in the middle of the day and the place was pretty lonely. I was going to be seated at the bar, but asked if I could take the empty table on the side. The waiter made a huff about it and seemed super irritated about me asking for the table. I thought about leaving, but decided against it as I really do love their ramen. After when it was time to pay I asked for a pen to sign the receipt in which again the waiter seemed to be upset and irritated at. Overall, I don't think I'll be going to eat here again anytime soon or ever. There's a lot of good ramen places around here. I'm just upset at the waiting staff and their poor and rude demeanor. Based off other reviews I'm guessing I'm not the only one who has experienced this type of unprofessional behavior. I hope for anyone who goes that you get a better experience in service than I did, would still highly recommend the ramen if you're interested.
This place is my old faithful.
I love the ambiance, the main seating area has a bar facing the kitchen and I love to watch their cooking process. It feels like a cute little ramen cafe, and service is always fairly quick and easy. I've come here many times both alone and with friends, and the ambiance is always great. The location is also good, but parking can be tricky on weekends. I have only tried the Shoyu, but it's so good I continue to get it every time. I hope to try more in the future. The broth is salty and savory, and the toppings included are always fresh and yummy. I love the noodles here, I believe they are hand made/pulled, and they are always perfectly cooked. They are soft enough to easily cut with your teeth, but strong and handle well on the spoon and with chopsticks. They also include disposable hair ties on the place settings! The price also can't be beat! I can usually get a full bowl, soda, and tip for around $18 total. My one and only complaint here is the lack of appetizers, but the quality of their main dishes are too good to let that stop me from coming here.
Ok...so it was cold and raining out...of course we wanted
Ok...so it was cold and raining out...of course we wanted Ramen. This place is amazing. Simple menu, with great Ramen choices. They make their own noodles there, so it fresh! The menu is easy and you can add or remove anything from the choices. I love that you can watch them make your order. The broth was so flavorful and creamy. Noodles were perfectly cooked and the egg was perfect too. Basically, to me it was a perfect bowl of Ramen. Service is fast. You basically fill out your order form, the waiter will come to verify what you want and within 5 min we had our order. We ate every bit of it....i wanted to tip the bowl down my throat honestly. Love love this place. Just go...even when it's a nice day out! Anyway ... that's what was happening in my mouth. But you try it and tell us what was happening in yours.
This is my first time at this Ramen restaurant! I feel like
This is my first time at this Ramen restaurant! I feel like I've been getting Ramen more often lately, I've been discovering my favorite types of broth, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they serve chicken broth, here! I stopped in with two friends for lunch, and the restaurant was spacious and we were able to get seated immediately. The one staff that was helping us out was very kind as he constantly refilled our waters and made sure we got our correct orders when there was a mistake. I enjoyed this Ramen, however, it was on the simpler side.
