FRIENDLY WORKERS and FANTASTIC CHILI made my time at Seatac SO VERY ENJOYABLE !!!!!! Wendy's chili is my absolutely favorite fast food , because it is both satisfying and nutritional . The chili that I was served at Seatac Airport met my expectations - a balance of meat, beans, veggies and broth . The workers at Seatac Wendy's do more than just show up to work .
This Wendy's SUCKS.
I work at the airport and every time I order something they always mess something up. The wrong drink, no bbq sauce when I specified that I wanted some, the completely wrong burger. There's always something incorrect with my order.

Honestly one of the top ten worst fast food experiences I've had in my life. All I ordered was French fries. The person I placed my order with stared at me like I was from space, as some of the other reviewers noted. I'm serious when I say I waited 15 minutes for these fries. All the employees there are in their 30s-40s yet act incredibly childish. Most are on their phones or having side conversations. Bagging the simplest of orders takes ages because four women were standing around nonstop laughing and talking. There's usually about 20-40 people waiting for their orders to be filled and these aren't complex orders. The reason it takes so long is because no one is working, they're too busy socializing. The worst offense came from one of the employees reading the order number. Instead of reading the correct one "Order 202" the employee shouted "Number 2" to which multiple people burst into laughter like school children. After 15 minutes of standing around waiting for bagged French fries I couldn't stomach them. They tasted stale and cold. And after reading other reviews of reheated stale food I was scared I was going to get sick. Avoid this place at all costs.

All rewards and coupons have to be done with card or Apple Pay at the self mobile order kiosk! When doing the mobile order, items are constantly forgotten! Do better Wendy's!

Awful service! After waiting in line 20 minutes we noticed nobody at the front counter was doing anything. Finally, the person ahead of me asked what was going on. The cashier said that she was told my the kitchen to stop taking orders. WTH!? The cashier should have loudly announced this to the whole line instead of one by one.
Said open till 10pm.
Approached at 9:50 and they said they were closed. Came back again 8 days later and they were already closed again and counting the til at 9:39pm. When asked why they are closing early every time I got a shoulder shrug with no audible response. Making Seattle look worse than it already is.
Seriously poor service considering the prices.
Why put the options on the kiosk if not going to fill the order with them. No less than 3 employees looked directly at me before I finally had to call out and ask for things they forgot. The hot part of the spicy nuggets was simply in the spices. The nuggets themselves, not so much. Of course, I had to wait to get the ordered dip. Glad this was a one time thing. Tables were all filthy as well.
We were between flights, hungry but without much time.
Wendy's was by far the best option. Didn't have to wait long to order at the kiosk, and we got our order, filled correctly, without waiting very long. Well done, Wendy's.

This review is for today, monday (June 26).
I came to the store at 9:43pm. There was like 3 of us who wasnt taken an order because the lady said they are close. Im an airport employee so I know that they close at 10pm. That time theres alot more customers coimng, so I didnt leave the place. Just like what I am expecting, after 10 mins, theres a guy whos complaining why they close early, the lady in front cant explain it and took few more customers order, I just didnt approach again dont want any arguments, decided to wrote a review instead. Wendys airport has the worst customer service.

Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
